These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the www.rememberthefuture.fr website. They specify the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller regarding the online purchase of clothing and accessories.
ARTICLE 1 – Scope and Purpose
The company REMEMBER THE FUTURE PRODUCTIONS, a limited liability company with a sole shareholder, registered with the Cannes Trade and Companies Register under number 944 508 662 R.C.S. Cannes, with its registered office at 45 boulevard de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes (France), hereinafter referred to as “the Seller,” markets clothing and accessories for individual consumers on the website www.rememberthefuture.fr.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are accessible at any time on the Website. They govern, without restriction or reservation, all contractual relations between the Seller and its individual customers wishing to purchase products offered for sale on the Website.
The purchase of products on the Website is reserved for individuals, excluding any purchase for resale purposes. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
ARTICLE 2 – Products – Description and Price
Each product is described on the Website with a detailed description (name, size, material, care instructions). Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs and customs duties for deliveries outside the EU.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 3 – Order – Validation and Proof
The Customer selects the products, provides their contact details, accepts the GTC, and makes payment. The order is confirmed by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of an anomaly or a prior dispute. The Seller’s digital records serve as proof in case of dispute.
ARTICLE 4 – Payment
Payment for orders is made in cash at the time of order validation, by one of the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue) via the secure Stripe platform
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
All transactions made on the Website are secured using an SSL encryption protocol ensuring the confidentiality of exchanged data.
Payment information is never stored by the Seller. The Customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the chosen payment method. Only one payment method can be used per order.
In case of refusal of the transaction by the banking institution or payment platform, the order cannot be validated, and the Seller will not be obliged to deliver the products concerned.
ARTICLE 5 – Delivery – International and Customs
Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Delivery in France, European Union, and internationally (USA, Canada, etc.).
Outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inquire about the customs formalities of their country.
ARTICLE 6 – Product Availability
Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability after validation, the Customer will be informed promptly and may choose a refund or an exchange.
ARTICLE 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without justification. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned. Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
ARTICLE 8 – Conformity and Warranty
Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. Any anomaly must be reported as soon as possible with proof. The Seller will proceed with an exchange or refund.
ARTICLE 9 – Liability related to product use
The Seller declines all responsibility in case of damage resulting from improper use or maintenance of the products.
ARTICLE 10 – Force Majeure
The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure (natural disaster, war, strike, pandemic, etc.).
ARTICLE 11 – Obvious Error in Price
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of an obvious error in the displayed price. The Customer will then be fully refunded.
ARTICLE 12 – Refusal of an Order in Case of Abusive Use
The Seller may refuse or cancel any abusive order (mass orders, abnormal returns, fraud).
ARTICLE 13 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the Website are protected. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
ARTICLE 14 – Personal Data
Personal data is collected for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer can exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by mail or email.
For any complaint, the Customer can contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
ARTICLE 15 – Eco-responsible Commitment
The Seller adopts a sustainable approach in its production, packaging, and logistics choices. It commits to using responsible materials whenever possible.
ARTICLE 16 – Archiving of Contracts
Order forms and invoices are archived by the Seller on a reliable medium. They can be produced as proof.
ARTICLE 17 – Applicable Law and Resolution of International Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution or mediation. Failing this, jurisdiction is attributed to the French courts.
ARTICLE 18 – Language of the GTC
